Night Beautiful

We have completed three Pebbles Restaurant facilities- at Orlando, Lake Buena Vista, and Plantation.  Each of these facilities seat between 134-231 patrons, and include compete kitchen facilities, dining areas, and bar.  Two of the buildings also have dining patios.  These designs provide maximum day lighting of interior spaces, which not only provides ambiance, but helps to reduce electric loads for the building.

This restaurant's character was derived from early Florida Vernacular  influences and the Tropics, with its metal roofs, large overhangs, and raised above the ground, glassed-in, veranda-like dining alcoves. The project uses a contemporary vocabulary, of simple details, and natural lighting features to transform this restaurant into a "unique dining experience for the Casual Gourmet."
